I.                    General Description

CG-L-2.5C mechano-electric IC card household diaphragm gas meter (hereinafter called IC Card gas meter) is a new developed product, according to the requirement of users, integrating advantages of former IC card gas meters. It is a high-tech product for intelligent gas measure and control developed with computer technology, electronic technology and mechanic automatic design technology. CG-L-2.5C IC card fuel meter conforms to standard of CJ/T 1122000 IC card household diaphragm gas meter, Part 1 general requirement and Part 4 I requirement of elementalsafe type of GB3836.4 Electric Equipment Used in Explosive Gas Environment and the company has obtained explosion-proof certificate for it.

II.                 Characteristics

The product adopts common mechanic meter with diaphragm structure as measure meater, equiped with outside electronic controller and internal low-power motor valve. It has good air-proof characteristic. Gas amount is measured with symmetric sampling on meter with double dry reed pipe; the meter has magnetic protection provided by double dry reed pipe based on phase theory; with gas isolated from electronic controller completerly, it has stable characeristics and reasonable structure and high measure accuracy/. By using common No. 5 dry battery supplying power for controller, it has clear LCD display, it can offer warning information with display and buzzer at the same time in case of low voltage and low gas amount. With easy and convenient operation, the meter has become leading product among IC card intelligent gas meters at present.
